Christmas in Bangkok
Bangkok 2009
Although Thailand is a Buddhist country, it had the
Christmas atmosphere when we visited Bangkok recently.
We were in Bangkok on 19 - 23 December for our five-day trip.
One of our activities in Bangkok was to take pictures of
the local life.
We stayed in the Twin Towers Hotel. The decoration of the hotel reminded us
Christmas was around the corner. It was amusing to be in this Buddhist country.
Thailand the Land of Smiles attracted tourists by its friendly people.
The friendliness and politeness of the Thai people made us return to
this country for many times.
When we took the pictures of the Christmas decorations of this City,
I was pleased by the generous and tolerant of the Country.
It is a Buddhist country, yet it accepts the festival of other religion.
As a Christian, I enjoyed our trip in Bangkok very much.
