Dear Mother, Thank you very much for helping me to find the job I love with the company I like very much. I have joined the new company from 15th December. Everything was fine. The manager Mr. Kenny likes me. Colleagues are friendly. But I need more helps and guidance from my senior officer Miss Irene. Although I can analyse problem and find solutions in a short time, but I need guidance in implementing my solutions as I am new to the working environment. Mother, when I applied for this post, the designation was Systems Analyst/Programmer. But it was changed to Analyst Programmer after I had signed and accepted the appointment. It was the idea of the Personnel Relations Manager Mrs. Hia. I still do not know the reason. Mother, help me to be successful in my career development.
