I paid much attention to my health after retirement.
For the past fifteen years, my form of exercise, diet and lifestyle have been refined year after year. On the form of exercise, I initially carried out the outdoor brisk walk in the early evening and stepping on the grass in the early morning. After a few years, I changed to doing the indoor Traditional Chinese Medicine massage for an hour per day. Nowadays I just do the patting exercise for ten minutes a day.
I have the habit of sleeping naked for many years. I enjoy the benefits from it now. I do not feel cold even when there is heavy raining at night. For the recent two three years, I enjoyed the teaching of Pastor Rony Tan. I do believe that as an elderly, I can live with style. Hence, I maintain my body, soul and spirit in good condition.
After so many years' experience, I have recently developed my daily lifestyle. I will take a small cup of red wine after lunch. I also take mulberry enzyme before bed. I do not take a lot of peanuts and cashew nuts as before. After lunch, I take a few nuts, such as walnut, pecan, Brazil nut and raisin. Besides, I take a piece of dark chocolate.
Just as in the past, I write journal and develop webpage.
Other than saying my prayer and reading Bible, I spend some times on Facebook reading the self-development and positive articles. They built up my soul and spirit.
I was not very happy to hear people saying "forgiveness" in the past.
I started to feel relieved after reading others' experience. I keep refining and improving my lifestyle day after day. The constantly improvement make some friends wonder how I keep my countenance. |
