My right thumb was dislocated in December 1984. I could
not use my right hand for a month. In order to save
the trouble of combing my hair, I went for a hair perm.
But the hairstylist damaged the right front part of
my hair. I tried ways and means for years, but hair
did not grow.
I started to rub it and hope that it would grow since 2010.
I conducted the Keep Fit Exercise for the elderly in our
neighbourhood since 2011. I encouraged them to do the
exercise at home. A few months later, an Indian old
lady told us that she did it every day and her knees
were not pain any more when walking.
After many changes and modification, I had my set of daily exercise since 2015. It took me about an hour each time. Although I could not achieve the target of "six-piece", but my shoulders were broader now. When I had to use the squat-typed toilet, it was easier for me to get up after that. I could get up and down the overhead bridge easily. Besides, it helped the man energy. After doing the exercise at least five days a week, my health was better. Whenever I suffered from flu, cough or ulcer, I recovered speedy. I needed to have persistence. Sometimes when I woke up and was tired, I would change my exercise to later or in the afternoon. As I was retired, I had my flexible time. When doing my Year 2016 resolutions, I changed my Keep Fit Exercise from at least five days a week to twice every week. One of my friends has recently told me that his stomach problem was healed. He formerly could not take curry. Therefore he could not take Indian or Malay food. Although he went to see doctor but not heal. He started to carry out the exercise I taught him. He did it for twenty minutes everyday. After half a year, he started to take curry, as well as Indian and Malay food. He did not have problem anymore. We have to take care of our own health. I did the exercise constantly and it helped me to be healthy. |
