Eight year ago, I had an opportunity in sleeping naked.
In April 2002, I went to Titi Eco Farm for a three-day Healthy Lifestyle Tour in Sembilan, Malaysia. I had a bedroom to myself. Therefore I had the opportunity to sleep naked for two nights. Sleeping naked is a healthy lifestyle. I am able to sleep naked as I have my own bedroom. I have been sleeping naked for more than a year. I usually place my underwear under my pillow. I also put a big towel and a robe on my bed. I told my son about the benefits of sleeping naked. He was hence aware that I slept naked and he would knock on the door in case he had to wake me up. The towel was then used to cover myself when he opened the door. I put the robe on my bed in case there is an emergency, I can then slip it on. Although there is no earthquake and the HDB flat is not easily on fire, but we still need to get ready for any emergency.
Sleeping naked made me comfortable. I had deep sleep. I slept about seven to eight hours and woke up with a fresh mood. Sleeping naked helps in eliminating tension and promoting blood circulation. There is no isolation of clothes, exposed skin can absorb more nutrients, promote metabolism, and enhance the secretion of sebaceous glands and sweat glands. It hence makes the skin has a transparent feeling.
When I was young, I wore boxer shorts made by my mother. There was no band used. We used the clothes-made string to tighten the shorts. It was different from the blood-sucking bands. When I grew up, I bought the ready-made underwear. Whether the tighty-whites or boxer briefs, there were bands. We have to prevent our genitals from moving too much when we are out during the day. But we have to set it free when we are sleeping.
