I have had my monthly full body massage appointment with
Dr. Sebastian since June 2002. I was not used to take a shower
at the clinic. Therefore, Sebastian used to clean my
back with a wet towel before starting the massage.
Dr. Sebastian has installed an Ultrasonic Bubble Massage Bath
in the clinic since January 2007. And I would take a 20-minute
bubbling massage bath before the massage session.
The Home SPA equipment consists of a high-tech, low-noise
processing unit, a rubber pile connects the unit to a
flexible mat with ceramic cells.
The processing unit is to be installed on the wall and the
mat is to be placed in the bathtub filled with hot water.
The processing unit generates a maximum of 46 litres of ozone
and anion-laden air that is thrust out of the mat via minute holes.
This rush of air produces millions of high-energy bubbles.
Continuous collision and rupturing of the bubbles create ultrasonic
wave energy.
The powerful ultrasonic waves relaxe the entire body
and work like a hot spring bath.
When sitting in the bathtub, I have to change my position
to receive the bubbles massage to different part of the body.
I sit on the bathtub for a few minutes, then squat, lie down
on the left, lie down on the right.
After twenty minutes, I get a cold shower to lower the body
temperature before starting the manual massage.
Based on the research conducted in Japan, 15 minutes in an
ultrasonic massage bath has the following effect on the body:
warming, massaging, cleansing, beautifying and exercising.
This massage bath has the combination of warmth, buoyancy,
water pressure and ultrasonic wave energy which is beneficial
to health.
Bathing in ozone-filled warm water can expedite the elimination
of dead skin cells, maintain smooth, soft skin and also
improve the quality of bath water as well as the surrounding air
quality.
The ultrasonic bubbles surge through the water and thoroughly
cleanse the pores of the skin. It helps with detoxification and
increases our metabolism.
