A little boy came to our Teochew Opera singing class on 22 June evening.
His mother bought him to meet our teacher Mr. Eric Tan.
The boy would like to learn Teochew Opera singing from Eric.
He told us that he was four years old. He was Hu Jing Feng.
The boy will be attending kindergarten next year. He is at present attending the
nursery. He spoke to us in Mandarin. He might not be able to speak the
Chinese dialect Teochew, but he sang two Teochew Opera songs in our class.
It was wonderful. He sang with the music correctly and with clear articulation.
We enjoyed his performance very much.
