Although our Singapore National Day was on 9 August, we celebrated the National Day
with the elders in Jurong West ElderCare centre on 14 August morning.
We started the celebration by singing the Singapore National Anthem and reciting the National Pledge.
After the greetings by the staff, the volunteers began to present their programmes.
There were Gongfu Dance, Fans Dance,Teochew song, etc.
The elders sang and danced with the staff and volunteers.
They enjoyed every much the Folk Dance, Malay Dance and many pieces of oldies.
