Nanyang Pho Leng Hui Kuan has been established for 69 years. Its Youth Group was formed on 22 November 1998 and the woman committee on 17 January 2001. After organising a number of activities hand in hand for about three years, the two groups were amalgamated into one body, Pho Leng Club in 2003. The Guild organised the gathering dinner in the evening of 2 February 2009. Some of the members of the Club also attended the gathering. They were from the Teochew Opera Singing class and the Folk Song singing class.
