The Youth Olympic Games (YOG) volunteers were invited to the Open House
of the YOG Learning Centre on 5 December. It was to celebrate the International
Volunteers Day.
I arrived before 10 a.m. and attended the guided tour of the Centre
with the first group of volunteers.
The Indian volunteer guide made the tour very lively and interesting. There were displayed information of the history of Olympic Games, the First Youth Olympic Games and the various types of sports, etc. We also met some overseas volunteers. They were keen in learning about the Games next year. |
